This is really beautiful, firstly. I love the colors the creativity and uniqueness from the landscape to the character itself.
The pose is different and I like the interaction with the environment doesn't feel stiff (works also because she is in water). Value is nearly perfect through-out.
Stylistically I think that you could reflect that grey blue of the water on her highlights more and maybe web her feet. I saw the gills and the webbed phalanges would be a nice touch.I think that you should try and work on the water at the top more as well, try shaping and filling in selections rather then the brushes along maybe.

I like the total mood and composition of this whole picture, I love the highlights of her hands, skirt, and feet especially, they were done very well. The water's surface was sketchy, but in a good way, it fit the picture. One suggestion is instead of black shadows, maybe add a bit more of a deep violet to the shadows? I tried that various times and the over finish of the picture looked better in my opinion. :3 But overall; nice painting!

i like the unusual concepts of the atmosphere, i can see it worked out really nicely! 
everything of this piece was well painted however the little detail on the surface of the water have came to my attention, which bring the quality of the art a little down. i suggest more detail, darkening of the walls and more varying bubbles (in terms of size) would give more depth and dimension.

I like how you used the colors. Also the contrast with the red of the flowers is lovely ! Now I can hardly imagine the drawing without them, it's this kind of details that adds a lot of charms on all the picture.
The only thing that bothers me is the breasts. Especially the position ! It looks maybe unnatural, they are probably too high compared to the position of the rest of the body.

The small details such as the gills really add to the picture and you have done a fantastic job with a limited palette,such a good job that it brings out the atmosphere more.You also did excellent work with light,clothing wrinkles, and overall anatomy.
A few suggestions though. The toes on her left foot should be more obvious and the flowers and background could use more detail.
