Also from the same day as my last two photos. Since it was in a forest and also a quite dark autumn day I had to use slower shutter speeds and also needed to bump my ISO up a little bit higher but I'm really statisfied in the results my camera gave me. Sadly as I just saw when reviewing the photos a few days later on a few nice photos the shutter speed was just to slow and so these photos are not as sharp as I would like them to be..
Again shot with my Nikon D5300 and the 16-85, editing in Photoshop

The colors in this photo are wonderful. I like how the fungus stands out from such a vibrant green. The background of the photo has a dreamy quality to it. My onlt complaint is that the photo is a little too bright and it washes out the yellow-green color a bit. Thank for sharing!

I enjoy imaged of nature like this so much. That whole up close and personal vibe is very soothing. I agree with you on the sharpness, it could have been clearer, but that doesn't take away from the enjoyment of the image. Well done.
