Description
The next character from my OC comic book universe - another villain.A quick word on the character - He's actually blind, but he also has the power of telekinesis, which is so powerful and attuned, he can sense what's going on around him, like a kind of telekinetic echolocation.

The telekinetic echolocation is actually a power I'd considered giving to my superhero Kineto (for reasons that should be apparent through his name) but since I already made someone with enhanced senses, I decided against it.
I imagine it's much more powerful than sight?

Yes and no really. While it's more powerful in the sense that he can perceive everything going on 360 degrees around him, his range is entirely dependent on his ability to concentrate, which makes him slightly vulnerable to long-range or high-speed attacks.
