Thanks - glad you like it!!! I've taken a bit of a break drawing robots and having a go at the human form. Β It's very challenging to get shadows in the right place and keep the anatomy accurate, but I am enjoying it

Hmm. I really like the pose and gargoyle, both linework and blacks, but --I'm gonna crit here, so stop reading if you don't want crits!--the crosshatching doesn't work for me; it seems a little busy and, hmm, messy, especially on his legs/jock and the cape just below, where the crosshatch angles seem a little random; they don't seem to either follow the light-source lines or cut directly across them. Works fine on the gargoyle (head, wings, and all) and on Batman's cape in the upper right; it's only the stuff below his waist and the random-looking scrawls on the top of his head that seem off.
With apologies for being a bummer--especially since, if you're like most creative people, you'll only hear the negative stuff about the crosshatching and miss how much I like this otherwise--especially the gargoyle!
