As Hyper Girl and Leslea make their way into the compound luck seems to have shined on them as the door they entered is the detention block.
Hyper Girl: Detention block...I don't like wandering through here we're going to get caught!
Leslea: Actually we couldn't have come across a better situation, if Elly is here then we'll be out of here in no time!
Hyper Girl: Wait I hear someone around the corner...
Leslea: Angie..where's your mask?
Hyper Girl: Strange thing the HUD started acting up when we entered this building...so I took it off.
Hyper Girl digs into her hip pouch and pulls out a makeup compact and uses the mirror to peer around the corner.
Hyper Girl: Angry elite guard...Elly must be behind that door. Any Idea of dealing with this guard Leslea?
Leslea: *Grinning* Yea..I think I do.

Parasyte seems to spend the money to DRESS his minions well. But train them to fight?

Ah, don't think I've ever had him say anything in a picture before anyway. So even if he's silent, it would still fit his character.
And seriously, you've got a real knack for these agent designs. I'll have to steal them for use later, if that's fine!

Yea the scene I made has him speaking, which after looking at your page for reference I couldn't find anything with him saying anything. Elly was umm..not able to say anything it was more or less Viper talking about Knighthawk's future but vaguely. You're welcome to any Agent designs you want friend to quote Lucius Fox "Mr. Parasyte the way I see it, all this stuff is yours anyway."

You're welcome to, since his never saying anything prior doesn't mean that he can't. Admittedly I haven't given him much personality anyway, so I highly doubt it would be breaking whatever would pass as canon.
Originally he was planned as a foil to Darque, but that never was really shown and ultimately dropped. He's more of a blank slate short of being a teleporting ninja, really. So feel free to experiment, I've got no problem with it.

Well I'm trying to keep him like you had said in one of his pictures that you like TMNT and ninjas..I kinda made him like a storm shadow..I'll add it and see what you think if you don't feel like that's how you want him I can pull it.

Storm Shadow was always a favorite Cobra of mine in the old show, both in design and character portrayal. Sounds cool to me!
