Not sure about Banner/Nat movies, but I really wished for prequel "duology" with her and Hawkeye several years before events of Iron Man. Closer to Bond movies or Incredibles mixed spy/superhero setting. But also I wanted Nat to be on superserum(which she had in comics and which was teased in her flashbacks) and being the villain of the first movie so that was already unlikely. And now when Scarlet is done with MCU it is highly unlikely

Unfortunately, apart from the reasons already known, Nat was sterilized as a graduation gift from the Red Room... and Bruce's irradiated DNA could potentially kill both her and any baby. Which is why they did the whole "we are both monsters" conversation in Age of Ultron.
