Well bird lovers, it looks like I need your help again. I forgot to write down the name of this bird, so if you can identify it, please let me know.I really like the flow of this picture and the shape of the straw.

I love how it has a look like you caught it doing something it wasn't supposed to be doing. Like oh how long have you been standing there haha. I though it looked like some kind of Finch so I did a image search and came up with this I believe is it [link] so if i'm correct Long-Tailed Grassfinch.

I think you are right about that, thank you! I saw hundreds of birds that day, and I am not a bird person, so besides from the ones which frequent my back yard, I really don't know any of their names. Your interpretation probably isn't far from the truth!

I'm no bird expert myself. Finch just came to mind for some reason haha. I missed out last week on getting a great bird photo. It looked like some kind of hawk or a falcon in the yard, but of course as soon as I stepped outside with the camera it was gone. Wish I would have at least been able to get a good look at it.

Lol, birds are such elusive creatures! That reminds me, when I was in central PA visiting some friends a few months ago, there was actually two bald eagles in a field feeding on some dead animal. It was insanely weird to see a bald eagle in the wild. It was really far away, and I never ended up getting a clear shot!
