Really nice job with strong colors and great shadowing. Lion eyes and face a bit strange and steps on the sand missing. Sky improves the set though it repeats a color tone. Great illustration!

..you know, you're right. Every single time I've seen the movie version of a cool part of a book, I'm always dissapointed. It is better remaining just...words. In your head. Yeah.

ive seen quite afew drawings of grograman before, but i'd have to say; this is the most impressive ive seen!!
i especially like how you made the colours wrap around his muscles! thats excatly how i imagined it would work when he crosses onto a different dune.
you are a wonderful painter, and i love the boldness of colours in this!

The colors are beautiful, and I love the style- it's all very surreal and smooth. I like the lion best, except his limbs are confusing me. Intentional?

No, I didn't intend to make his limbs confusing, and I have no desire for them to be so. In what way exactly do you find them confusing? If it really is a problem I'd like to fix it. Thanks

The hind legs look a little disproportionate (excuse the horrid spelling), and what would be the lion's right leg, the one mostly hidden, doesn't look complete. The lion's left leg looks correct. Might be just me..

Thanks. I can see the right leg looking cut off. I don't really see the back legs though, but I've been staring at this for so long that I'm the last person who's opinion should be considered valid
