Many people asked me to put all 4 pony types bases into one pic and make it customisable easily.
Also, I use Ibis paint to make these bases and my other G5 arts.

To recolour the base, I normally select the whole body (leaving the eyes and mouth) and change it's hue, saturation and lightness etc. You can also add a layer and clip it the base layer. Change that layer to Multiply mode. Then you can colour over the base.

I haven't really used any other program to do the same process so I'm not really sure about them, but I tried to make it easy to customise. I know it is hard to recolour a 3D base but that's really the best I could do.
You can use the same recolour process for the eyes too.

If you want an alicorn base, you can directly move the horn onto the pegusus base, or on the earth pony base to make it a unicorn. If you want none of those, you can erase the horn as well.
