I like this redesign. It makes sense but at the same time it respects enough the original one. Unlike *Sigh!* Michael Bay Transformers.

As Voltron fan since 2 or 3 I have to say I love this drawing of Voltron! Even more so after seeing the newest of the Voltron series. Glad to see it return back to the cartoon style instead of that campy 3D series.
Anyway before I start babbling on good job. I look forward to seeing more of your Voltie works!

Yes there are Voltron DVDs of the original series *holds up box set 1*
Rumor is in 2008 there will be a Voltron movie like the Power Ranger movie with Ivan Ooze (spelling? been forever).
And (send hate-mail is you like) that's not the Voltron I grew up with =< Call me old, but the Voltron I grew up with was all block-y. That looks like the "Sleath Lions" series from a few years ago that fell through the floor like a rock sinking to the bottom of a pond.

It actually was for a new design for a comic book with Broken Glass Studios, aproved by WEP. It never came around. Then Devils Due got the license for the comic of Voltron.
