Description
This is a slightly different version of my drawing, "Liquid Pride Runs in the Family". After doing some thinking, I actually like it better without the text bubbles. For starters, I think that text isn't really needed to express the character's emotions as it can simply be shown in their facial expressions. It also allows you to view the background better and I wanted to show more of it. Besides, I consider myself to be a visual artist by heart as I simply find it easier to express a story with images rather than with text.So which version do you like better?Β

Hmmmm....I like the text better because reading it, you can understand what's going on and appreciate it more. It's more better than that annoying "guess what the artist is trying to say in this vague pic without a description or explanation below it!" game most artists here do. It texts or descriptions shows the artist's maturity, respect, and courtesy for others who just might not know what's going on.Β
