This is a time when things are changing. From the first days of December I will change some submission rules—this will end the possibility to submit without being a member and there will be changes in quotas as well. There are even bigger changes in the DeviantART world and I am looking forward to see the Eclipse, let it bring good or bad. The current framework has so many outdated elements, glitches and wossnames that it is really time for moving on. I hope we'll move in the right direction
And now, something completely different!
Many great artworks gathered in our galleries since April, when the group started. We're still small and we still need your help by your best images to gain our own face of a quality group. Therefore I wish to present you some of the greatest pictures you've sent or we've invited—thank you for all artists who participated!

This captured my eye right away when I saw it in your folder. Wonderful light/shadows, and colors. 
It also strikes me, (after having seen other genres of art, I suppose) That she first came off to me as not a photograph at all but as an Artisan Craft, sculptor. What added to that impression I think, is the combination of the black color of her clothing, and the added darkness in the area of her waist, which her shadow casts; the shadow making it appear grounded; a sculptor seated upon the banister.
( Having seen so many of Sleetwealth 's works, I think, caused me to look at it this way. This could easily be one of her works.
