Muito interessante... eu tenho a impressão que o edifício tem infinitos alfinetes espetados. Eles dão um toque divertido para o edifício estilo antigo (neoclássico?).

The pimple building...
I first thought that it was a building of the hand of Gaudi, because there's a lot of his amazing architectural art in Barcelona.
