Yes its a new shape I made only for this and my Twi-Lek girl. Just the mouth shape is modded between them. I tend to share body shapes between avatars so a can cross-wear the same outfits without modding the prims. I have about 8 base shapes with lots of different head shapes for each one (about 4 or so). So its like having 32 different looks lol.
