Its a mix, parts from all over but the base skin and ears are from a Vendom AV. I am not sure if she still sells it.

Well if you want I can make a style card and send it to you for this avatar. Its too bad the SIM I took this picture at is gone.. it was one of the first Fantasy SIMS to convert almost completely to Mesh (ok so it was more like a 70% Mesh SIM but it still was amazing).
