*Resubmited*Based on a what if idea on the doctor who episode 'the doctors daughter' were jenny regenerated instead however it went wrong to which she was regenerated to the age and body of a 5 year old (which isn't a loss considering she was 45 mins old)
in this pic she's a little more older i've given her a different outfit plus she has her own sonic screwdriver, well guns are banned as far as the doctor is concerned

On the note of Time Lords with child bodies, I have such a character. The Doctor Who universe is too big to always focus on the Doctor, so my original Who character has nothing to do with him. And in his second incarnation, the one I focus on, he regenerated into a 12 year old body. It's pre-Time War, and he's a CIA agent, not a renegade.

No, went the Romana route. Tukoriall Rogannion Nicallimper is his full name, or Turon for short. Just imagine a 12 year old dressed in an old man's suit and acting with all that post-regenerative trauma stuff, then going on to talk all technobabble-y. It's both really cute and really cool at the same time, in my mind anyways.
Also Turon uses a psychic screwdriver. I figured being in the CIA he'd get more extensive psychic training than most Time Lords.

indeed if they brought Rivers back they can bring Jenny back, always though she would make things interesting for the Doctor considering she is a Timelord ^^

YES! So they can bring her back but can't bring back the only remaining time lord in existence besides the doctor? So she's a clone.. big deal. The other clone is in the other universe getting jiggy with Rose XD

i think shes not really a clone more of a Timelord DNA extracted offspring where the Doctors DNA filled both the mother and father bits and pieces with out the need for one or the other heh i really need to check that episode out again just to make sure how it worked again, but the whole creation thing is why i regenerated her cause it gives me the option saying the regeneration fixed any major problems with her plus making the Doctors life a little more crazy XD

Still a clone I think. Clones are taken from the one set of DNA if I remember right. Her's was just rearranged so that she turned out different. (as in girl and blonde. the blonde genes must have been from the doctor lol). I'm basing this off my very limited memory of that episode :'D
