The second in my series of six homebrewed magic items, a wand that took quite a bit of balancing to make work. You'll have to forgive my cheekiness in its naming as well, Vega is a real star that used to be our northern star until about 26,000 years ago when, due to Earth's wobble, it shifted so that Polaris is the northern star. As for the poison damage from Supernova, well... a supernova consists of heated gas and a lot of radiation. Radiation poisoning is a thing, ergo, poison damage since radiation damage isn't a type in D&D.
