This is Tonio. He is a long time friend of Machk's, and a bearer of outstanding hat-hair.Tonio is unofficially married to Bolivar --whose reference sheet I haven't finished yet. Silly me.
He's a mechanic. Everybody's a mechanic!
I couldn't be bothered to draw his inventory this time. Just imagine magical, ordinary mechanic tools. And a yo-yo.
