These are amazing!

Hi, Sorry to bother you but I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. I really want to take a course at CGMA (either Creature design or Environment design) and I have done quite a bit of research about the school. The problem is that I can't seem to find weather or not you have to be at a certain skill level to even attend. I attempted to send 2 e-mails to the school but never got a reply. Do you happen to know the answer? Im nervous that im not good enough. I am no where near your skill level but I want to learn badly.

Hi There: )

Thanks!

You don't have to be very good to attend the course, aslong as you pay the money you will be accepted (if the class isn't full).
However the more knowledge you have at the start = the more you will be able to gain from the course. They don't teach you the fundementals (how to paint form, perspective, values etc) Β They give you different workflows (different ways and orders of working) and information on how you shoudl think and areas yto focus on. The more you understand of fundementals and basic drawing ability the more you will be able to understand the more advanced information and include it in your work. If the course is very expensive for you then i would wait a while and improve first. But if you have enough money to pay for it comfortably then give it a try, it's always inspiring
