Description
Patient Number : 014The patient suffers from a sever case of skizophrenia. 014 believes to be a male, while our D.N.A tests prove that she is in fact a female.
We do not know where she is from and it seems she as no relatives.
Yet, she still claims to be Natsuru SenΕ, a boy that as been missing for the past few months.
The sickness being uncurable the patient as been sealed permanently in one of our Tickle sack. The thick neoprene sleepsack prevents the patient from hurting others and itself. Inside, it is equiped with special nano-bots that stimulate every par of her body trapped inside of sack. The result being that the patient is now sensitive to any touch on her cocooned body.
Thanks to the treatment, Number 014 does not believe to be a male anymore. In fact, she is no longer to think straight.

first off there's this thing called "transgender"
second off the design for the sack here is rather impossible, it would not conform to her breasts like that and the material looks like plastic, meaning her body is basically suffocating... then again, this is some kind of fetish picture, so i don't think you'd listen to common sense to begin with

The character is from an anime, where a boy magicly turns into a girl from time to time. He's not a transgender.
Second. It's not "some kind of a fetish picture". It is a fetish picture.
I am not arguing that the picture isn't realistic. I'm arguing that you try to respond in a so called "intellectual" manner with the assumption that this i was going for a realistic presentation.
We can go on with how unrealistic it was to see the two hobbits not burning alive while they were just inches away from lava (which would instantly kill any living being. If not by the heat itslef, by the lack of oxygen).
