that's really cool!
though it bothers me a little how dodgy looking you made Jack's head look in the corner, like you used one of the 'apply lighting' filters in whatever program you used... It actually makes him look pretty flat...
Maybe for the thin border around Jack's pic you could kind of go darker or more green like with the main center box I'm going to assume is for text? It being that light grey shade makes it stand out in an unpleasant way. Just thought you'd like to know.

I have to agree with with your critique. I wasn't satisfied with the lighting on JaCk, either. I'm going to redo that. I think I agree with the border idea, too.
