How did you make the bevel lines separating the buttons and the lines between each section [i.e. from the header to the content, that 1px border]???

They're essentially just one pixel wide selections filled in with the specific colours... nothing fancy.

so theirs no effects like embossing or something else photoshop has? [im using photoshop CS4 extneded]

No, but I'm sure you could use embossing. You can also set an inner shadow to "normal" layer style at 100% opacity with a size of 1 (I think) and a distance of 0... you'll have to play around with it though.
