and he's the Current Intercontinental Champion, as of August 17.
Anyway, He's got this gimmick going right now where he goes out to the ring, and fights chumps every week. Using a "Honk-A-Meter"

So, the Honky Tonk Man had a 64 week IC title run, and Santino has about 5 or 6 weeks under his belt. So, here's where Hall comes in...
The E plans on bringing Hall back, under his old "Razor Ramon" gimmick. I've also read on the WWW where he supposedly has been getting back into shape, and is planning on going to Japan to wrestle a few matches in preparation for his big return match.
Here's how they plan on bringing him back.... If Santino can hold onto his IC title for at least a year, almost beating the HTM's record, his final match to beat the Honky Tonk Man will be against a returning Razor Ramon. If they bring Hall back sooner it won't be as special. If they DO bring him back for Santino's last week, Hall SHOULD win against him and become a 5 time IC champ.
