Note: Couldn't find the canon color for Lyra's magic, so I just improvised based off her eye color and cutie mark, if anyone knows, please tell me to change it. As for why she's Demyx, well, aside from the "Heartstrings" part, she seems pretty laid back with her whole sitting up thing.

Personally, I associate Demyx with Fluttershy instead -- both dislike fighting, yet can kick your flank by surprise if you're not careful as well as are pretty underrated summoners.

I honestly would have seen Fluttershy as fitting Demyx quite well too. They're both passive, both reluctant to get into conflicts, and both will snap and go rather violent if pushed too far.
