Aww thanks I hope my mom will react the same way! She doesn't really like animals but as long as she tolerates him I'm happy

What animals do you like? Non fuzzies like iguanas, snakes, fishes and frogs?

i just can't stand the furr and smell, growing up i hate furries no problem but when i moved out and visit my dad i can see and smell it all and with 2 kids i have enough cleaning up and taking care of to do

we have Luna who is leopard gecko, she is a lovely little thing, i have a photo [link] i love frogs and iguanas too. i used to like snakes until this happened when we visited an animal park [link] though it turned out to be yawning not trying to hurt me lol. we used to have fish but when we bought some more to go with the ones we had turns out it had a disease and they all killed over so we got our gecko instead.

Geckos are so cute! I think I love every kind of animal. A friend of mine used to have an iguana (and a snake, a spider, a frog and 2 dogs, 7 rats, a bunch of mice and a bird and like 10 turtles) and thats when I started to like reptiles as well, cause her iguana was such a cutie
Your gecko looks really cool! But what does one do with a gecko? Can you get it out and play or do you just watch her?
I think fish are a little boring. Used to have a few but we eventually set them free in my sisters pond, where they still live happily ever after

geckos are nocturnal so is a little tricky. my other half gets her out in the evening to play , ometimes she will scratch at the glass to tell us she wants to come out. she loves to climb, if you have her in your hands she will always climb up you, even up the sleeve of your top if she sees a hole. the other day i was watching tv lying on the floor and my other half put her on my leg and sure enough she climbed all the way up my shoulder, onto my arm then back up on my shoulder again. she also likes to fall asleep on the other half's stomach. when my youngest is older we will get her out in the day more when she does emerge for food but we do not trust Sasha around her, she is rough only being 1 year 10 months so does not understand gentle yet

Yeah I understand. Kids and pets is always a difficult combination. But it's cool you can get your Gecko out! Doesn't she get cold?

when she is out she is always on us so is getting warmth that way
