You're claiming it as your own when there are previous artworks already posted before it and was COPYRIGHTED. When you go out and take picture from the internet and claim it as your own without the permission of the original artist, it is illegal. It is simple as that and there is no excuse for stealing original works and claiming as your own.

I agree with you , all he did was take Midna out , he didnt actually make this , I believe he should also take it down. This is art theft which is not allowed on DA
