Raptors have always been my favorite dinosaurs.
His design must have changed like, 10 times before I "finalized" it.
And by finalized I mean this is gOOD ENOUGH

Personality:
Raptmon is an energetic Digimon who always looks on the optimistic side of things. It isn't so much that he's cheerful, but rather prefers to weigh his odds favorably. Despite his naive and somewhat gullible persona, he is actually quite cunning and aware of just about everything around him. He acts clingy and needy, but Raptmon always has a Plan 2 (because "Plan B" implies you only have 26) and can scavenge for food and live independently if need be. He is a survivor by nature

Family and friends:
Dalton is his partner. Raptmon is "big brother" to a villiage of Torimon.

Misc. Information: Everything goes into his mouth. It's a comfort mechanism, to bite things.
Raptmon has enormous pride for his feathers and hooked talons. (He can be a bit of a diva about them.)
