Once a year he comes around
Makes a visit to your town

Or else King Jack will take your head.
They used to say to leave out a jack-o-lantern to ward off evil spirits. Oh, if they only knew the half of it…
There are many stories and legends surrounding Jack. Some old, some new. What we can be sure of is, every Halloween night, he’s allowed to walk the Earth, axe in hand, looking for some mayhem to spread.
