Description

A few years back, I made a render of Sylvanas Windrunner, based on this art of her:  external-preview.redd.it/aRqXL…

Now that I've acquired some better materials though, I decided to make a better-looking one.

I like the atmosphere of the picture.   And that fan art you've been inspired by is awesome.
But I'm afraid her feet don't look very good here...

I think so... They look somewhat damaged, like if she spent too much time in high heels.

I've now updated the render, with 's foot morph and fantasy addon.  How's it look now?

Yes, it looks pretty good now.

(Although the left foot looks a little weird in that part where the crus connects with the foot - maybe because of the lighting or the camera angle.)

Also, I think the picture needs a little more contrast. Out of interest, I downloaded it, increased the contrast by 12-15 - and it looked better for me.

Well, I'm glad I was able to fix her feet.

Unfortunately though... I don't really know how to change the contrast in Daz Studio.  And I must also confess that I still suck at setting lights.  No matter what kind of lighting I try using, giving the scene any kind of lighting at all just makes my renders look like big black squares, for some reason.  (Or in this one's case, a big black square with a pair of glowing red eyes.)  Even when I try using preset light settings that came with the background.

But is it necessary to do this in Daz, when you can simply adjust obtained pictures in some image editor?

Huh... I didn't think of that.  I'll give it a try some time.

Ah, well... I used one of the morphs from this product on her.

My intention was to give her feet that stood out from your average human woman's.  Slightly longer toes and such.
