Ugh this drawing has been lying around, unfinished, so I figured whatever I'll just post it anyways. Its like 99% done. I just need to darken the area under his right eye. Then I can call it totally finished! But I probably won't get to doing that for a while, so I'll just stick it up on here until I do

i knew who it was straight away
the shading is so perfect and you captured the sunlight and shadows effect really well
i love the detail with the hair and stubble and i find him mouth really difficult to draw so it looks even more unbelievably good

wow, thanks again! yeah mouths are my weakness...especially if they're open! I was actually surprised that it didn't take too many attempts to do his mouth, but the angle isn't exactly the same as it was in the reference. Oh well!

nice job. The left eye looks a bit off to me (even considering that the hair is covering it) but other than that it looks great

yeah it looks so off to me too! I've erased it a million times and drawn it over and over again, but I can't seem to get it right. I'm thinking that by maybe darkening the area underneath it (like how the other eye is), it will look more balanced with his other eye. I don't know, hopefully. I can't really say I like this drawing...that eye is just bothering me too much!
