While a really great piece, it's hard to find something archetypical "Shadowrun" about it. He's too symmetrical for a SR troll, and his accessoires scream more "Fantasy" than "Shadowrun".
It's a really good piece, no question, but without any outside context it doesn't seem to be a Shadowrun piece. Maybe give him the logo of a known Streetgang, or corp or something like a PDA or Comlink which signifies Shadowrun's SciFi element.
