This is an amazing piece. It blends Shadowrun's 80s influences and origins with a clean, modern art-style, without it devaluing either of them. The details, like the small tattoo as well as the 'ware, are realized very well and add strongly to the character of the piece and the subject.

Really loving it.

Elf girls with short spiky hair are just awesome. I'm thinking about giving my elf Whisper (in all of her old pics, she's Silver) a hairstyle like this to mix it up a bit.

Very nice, it's an inspiration to a good storyline, not sure what you had in mind but I'm thinking that the girl is a mutant of some kind and has a very long lifespan but her memory is only limited so she had tattooed herself with her past so that she doesn't forget.
