Man, Janice can look pretty menacing when she wants to... Wow. I was playing around with brushes in Paint Tool SAI and ended up with this!
Pretty neat, huh?
BTW, I don't draw Lightning, m'kay?

I used the brush tool, middle flat and rough flat. On 20-50% density! ;D
