You can "Download Image" on the right of the deviation, and then save it somewhere on your computer.
From there, you can go to your profile page, click the avatar in the top right, (it should say, "Change Avatar") and then upload the image!

The animation is fine, but it might benefit with some repeat frames at the end so it loops properly. Just something I noticed, you can't really tell! ^u^

Everything was made in SAI... Except for the animating part... I did that in Photoshop since SAI does absolutely nothing for animating.
...It doesn't even ACCEPT .gif images...
