This turned out like nothing I had planned. I guess it was just another '
ractice' piece now.I think that this would have turned out better if I cared more, and gave it more attention, and time.
I decided to submit it anyways, even if it is kind of unfinished. If you worry about every little thing, you'll never get anything done.

I actually really like the foreground, and the roughness of the figure! Only thing that really irks me would be those windows, they just seem very... rendered, contrasting the rest of the picture. I dunno, you said it wasn't completely finished, so it may be you decided not to loosen them up a bit. They just seem... sharper than the more painterly style the image has. Just my two cents!
