Mankind faces an on going battle for survival against Titans, giant humanoid creatures that only wish is to devour us all, we lived in peace for almost 100 years, until the gate was broken down by a colossal Titan.

It's been five years since is broke through the Wall Maria (Outermost), now we have to defend both Wall Rose(middle) and Wall Sina(inner) from the Titans, five years, and that colossal Titan appeared and destroyed the gate, and disappeared again, but we're ready this time...

Jacob is now a soldier of the Recon Crop, but he still a trainee, and reckless at best, but he makes up for his skills in both combat and the 3D Maneuver Gear places his the top ranks, but Jacob, he's not going to the inner part of the wall to stay safe from the Titans, which is why he changed his rack and is being sent to the front-lines, and taking the battle to the Titans...
