He might be rumored as a future DLC. It depends on Ubisoft (Nintendo talked about putting in Rayman to them, and they didn't do it) and what they might do with the Rayman series.

I wouldn't confirm Rayman as unplayable just yet. We just have to wait until either Sakurai confirms something or when the games release.

Yeah. On one hand, he was revealed to be a trophy but on the other hand there's three things. Sakurai tends to mess with us on certain posts, Mr. G&W was revealed in Pac-Man's reveal but has no profile. He'll probably have one but the third was that there's an unnamed stage that looks similar to a Rayman Origins (or Legends stage) so maybe Ray-Man would make it in as an assist or hopefully a fighter.
