The Stranger is the dark persona of (???) who appears at dark when evil lurks. Despite being (???)’s evil half, The Stranger fights for justice by using dark magic to spread terror on crime. While he never kills his enemies, The Stranger uses his powers to sentence villains into a fate worse than death (such as transforming a katsaridaphobic criminal into a cockroach, permanently turn a beauty-obsessed vixen into an ugly hag, and so on; imagine the Penalty Games from the Yu-Gi-Oh manga but scarier).

While The Stranger fights against evil, both the police and the general public believe The Stranger to be a villain and wanted criminal, (???) uses that perception to help him infiltrate the criminal underworld and discipline civilians from committing crime. Those who know The Stranger’s true identity work for him as his network of agents.
