I recently watched the finale of Steven Universe Future. It was bittersweet indeed, as I love this series, but I'm happy there was closure aswell.Perhaps this is Steven after a year of travelling, sitting on the Beach in Beach City for a surprise visit. I bet the Gems and all the town will be super happy to see him.
I realised I had never drawn older Steven. I plan on doing a proper tribute drawing soon, but for now, this little drawing will do, please enjoy.

How did you achieve such a smooth texture with colored pencils?

Hi there.
These pencils are the type where you build up color. So the base color is kinda grainy, and get smoother and more vivid with each layer. Hope that helps.
