I tryed to use it on MSNmessenger but it doesn't work so well. It got too small. Therefore, I don't know how to create emoticons or even change their sizes, and I really really love this one.
Could you resize this one for MSN emoticon format, pleeeeeeeease?!

Unfortunately I had the same problem...this is the exact size as another emoticon I use, and it still shrank. I wish I could help you...sorry!
I'm glad that you like it though...maybe if you checked out msn.com they might have some informaiton on it.
