Nope, Rainbow did, the request was for RD to hypnotize rarity into getting muddy (that's why she has a pocket watch wrapped around her right hoof)

In that case, I'll change the next request I'd like to see to a sequel to that where RD gets herself muddy, ruining what Rarity does to her.
