Some more characters I had commission by www.deviantart.com/phil-cho , who did a wonderful job creating my villains.
These villains styles and powersets mostly come from the DCUO game were they was Originally created by me and take part in a fanfiction storyline I created set in the DC universe.

The Gathering is a collection of Villains who all came together in secret with a plan to not do something small like take over the earth or even the galaxy. No they had a Goal in mind to takeover the entire DC multiverse splitting it up into 8 sections. Each member of the Gathering would not only control their own sector of the multiverse having rule over various Earths but they used each of the 8 locations located in the Sphere of The Gods. But to accomplish this plan they had smaller plans set in motion. First plan was to each form an alliance with a Council member of the Legion of Doom. By this point the Legion has assumed control over the Society of Villains and only a select few villains actually become actual Legion of Doom members. They needed to manipulate the villains and the best way would be to make it seem like they worked directly as the Legion's lapdogs. In order to secure that plan that phase of the plan was in order kill the founders of the Justice League in one strike attack. The Gathering knew that every plan and plot every other villain has made to takeover has commonly been stopped by some combination of the JL founders and various other heroes. Thus began the operation Blind Justice, by not only personally killing each founding member of the JL to gain high trust with the Legion whom they gladly let take credit for the events. They wanted to destroy the symbols of Justice also by knocking the Watchtower out of the sky and destroying the Hall of Justice as a way to shake the fighting spirit of the superheroes left standing. The Gathering may be the new kids on the block but they come with some heavy hitters that no one in the DC universe all expected to come as one.

Each member of the Gathering is also a Archenemy of a Vanguard member.

Kon Cyr - Also known as Fimbulvinter here on Earth, is a lost Kryptonian Demi-God. Fimbulvinter became his name on Earth due to the massive snow storm he brought when he first arrived. Kon Cyr targeted Lex for the purposed alliance not only because he was the Leader of the legion but because he knew the most on Superman. The God Sphere location he wanted to control was also none other then Apokolips bringing him to War also with Darkseid in the future. With his Strength and Speed that surpass the average Kryptonian and Mastery over Cold and Ice, Fimbulvinter alone made The Gathering a serious threat. Archenemy is Fallout

The Chessmaster - This guy name is Chessmaster, he can hold the title of smartest man in the world if he ever cared too. A genius in every sense of the word, deadly sharpshooter and skillful fighter. Not to mention one of the greatest minds in the universe largely thanks to his telepathic abilities. Treating life like a chess game which he is actually undefeated, gives him this calm yet cocky attitude. Also making him the perfect person to target Batman, he wanted to see what the hype was about from the greatest detective and what better way to get more info on the Bat then form an alliance with The Joker on top of assuming control of the covert ops Checkmate. While the Joker is a Agent of Chaos, Chessmaster is a Master of Order his plans are structured on a massively deep scale to the point that even he can manipulate a chaotic Legion member such as the Joker. Chessmaster's domain would be The Dream. Archenemy is Paradox

Mistress Allure - A witch from Skartaris, Allure made a pact with a powerful demon lord that not only made turned her into a powerful vampire but made her one that wasn't traditional at all. She was known as the first Magi-Vampire, a vampire that preferred humans of the Homo Magi genius and draining them of magic power. A Barbaric Vampire Witch that eats Magic, can summon demons, and has access to super strength and speed herself was idle for the Chessmaster to call her into the First Meeting of The Gathering. Using her powers of seduction Allure also feeds of the energy of lust allowing her to enthrall countless individuals into her schemes. Wanting to get a taste of divine magic Allure set her sights on Wonder Woman as her target and while the Barbarian Witch was confident going toe to toe with the Amazon Princess, she had to stick to the plan and worked closely with Cheetah as to gain entry into the Legion's good graces. Her Domain in the God Sphere would be known other then Hell. Archenemy is Fateweaver.

Black Kitsune - While she appears to be just merely a deadly assassin the Japanese born woman known as Black Kitsune is secretly a leader of Pirate Empire known as The Akkorokamu. They know every criminal activity they takes place via the ocean and she sought out Artifacts and secrets from lost worlds and empires hidden from the known world. This made her target Atlantis and its king Aquaman, she knew the history between Black Manta and Aquaman so this alliance greatly benefitted her. With her skills in martial arts, ninjutsu, and Powers of Shadow and Darkness made Black Kitsune a top dog in the criminal underworld. Her multiverse domain would be The Nightmare and her Archenemy is Lady Cascade.

Doctor Swarm - This Indo-American doctor has always looked up to superheroes. Now he finds himself on the opposite end of alignment with them becoming Doctor Swarm who can manipulate all insects and thru control of the Green also has some control of Plant life also that he uses his insects to help with controlling on top of various Insectoid forms he can actually transform himself into. Once a proud Doctor who treated metahumans now he is targeting The Flash and the only way he can possibly catch the fastest man alive is with the help of Professor Zoom. More comical in heroic in approach Swarm still tries to emulate the heroes he looked up and with his on section of the multiverse and within his God Sphere of New Genesis manipulating the Bugs. Dr.Swarm can be hailed as the hero he always imagined despite all the fear and agony he has caused through the rest of the multiverse. His archenemy is Blitz.

Golem-Maker - Among the Stratans was a man who once was recruited into the Darkstars and went back to Starta to steal a large supply of Quixium and gave himself the power to control Earth elements. He was a criminal mastermind amongst his people and built his Special hammer. With this Hammer it allowed him to create a Golem out of whatever he decided. Creating his first masterpiece out of this extremely hard crystal he discovered while with the Darkstars. Having access to a Golem army and after assuming control of the Darkstars later in life after being kicked out. Golem maker got a invite to a Gathering. Now with new ambitions set The Golem-Maker has his eyes set on the domain of the Underworld. To do so he must first get Hal Jordan out of the way and work with Sinestro whom offered him a yellow ring himself. While he turned down the offer he does keep a yellow ring hidden away just in case. His archenemy is the Red Lantern.

Motherboard - A native of Colu, Motherboard has turned herself into one of the greatest technopaths alive. Able to hack, control and detect every piece of Tech in the galaxy. Motherboard collects technology to upgrade and enhance herself into the ultimate bio synthetic creation. While Chessmaster is arguably one of the smartest men alive Motherboard is one of the most intelligent beings in existence. Able to phase in and out between reality and the software like plane. Access to various drones and bots. She also runs The Gathering Base known as, The Citadel herself thanks to various programmed versions of herself. On a threat level equal to that of Brainiac she still looks to work with one of the newer Legion members Despero and take down the Martian Manhunter. Then She can get all the data she needs to acquire from the Sphere she is targeting, Heaven. Her archenemy is Agent Ballistica.

Ifrit - A ancient and power Djinn who was sealed away a long time ago due to the crazy mass murder spree he went on. The Gathering had sought him out needing a 8th member and wanted someone with destructive power that was a unknown to most. So they planted seeds for Black Adam who had just moved up from the Society to being a Legion member to find the lamp that housed Ifrit. After Adam found the Djinn he asked him into a alliance after seeing all the other Legion members had new villains they were working with and wasnt looking to be out done. Ifrit power scale was far above the average Djinn and control of Fire was a massive threat to those around him. Ifrit knew his reward for killing Shazam and destroying the Hall of Justice would be eventually control Skyland and a pathway to revenge against the Gods that trapped him. His archenemy is Echo Diva.

I will soon give a more detailed profile of each of these Villains starting with Fimbulvinter getting more into their backstory, powers and ambitions. And just why and how they go about starting the events I call Fall of Justice.
