Lol, yeah I get your point. But I just don't like her. Shes not a very well rounded character, it almost seems like she went from hating Naruto to loving him in like 5 seconds. I guess the absent three years between Naruto and Shippudden had something to do with it. But they didn't see each other the entire time.

Close to the end of the first part of Naruto she began changing, and she began questioning Sasuke's intentions and enjoying Narutos friendship more, so i dont think it was overnight!

Yes it totally did. In the manga you see Sakura showing overwhelming concern for Naruto, and then of course theres Sai and especially Yamato who notice her kind nature! that part with what yamato told her happened in both anime and manga!
