Wait, this is the same thing 4x in a row? I'm so confused as to what's going on. Is Pepe in the dress or is that another skunk? Which direction is the comic going, left to right top to bottom? Because when Pepe hangs down from the cell that totally throws me off.

It's a normal, left-to-right, one-row-at-a-time comic. But Pepe is climbing over the panel borders because even the comic book format itself will not stand the way of his pursuit of beautiful ladies.
