Description
WE ARE TREE.apo stro pheLocated in the Kingdom of: La'Hansi (alternative kingdom: Terhwa)
Name: X'apopel [khsi-ah-poh-pell]
Age: Appears about ~20; never ask a lady her tree-age.
Gender: Female
Height: 5'8
Race: Leiian (tree dryad)
Job/Occupation: Treeloader Wandering Student
Base Class: Mage
Weapon: None
Stats:
Birthplace: Deep within the great unnamed forest found east of the Gis’Ceni Ruins.
Residence: Current residing in La’Hansi and sometimes Sabrilleau (when visiting a certain priest while seducing others). ---subject to change if the kingdom is altered.
Hobbies: nicknaming, tree-climbing, leaf-spreading,
Likes: plants, sweets (particularly chocolates), wildlife, interesting people,
Dislikes: fire, cats, obstinate people, arguments,
Personality:
The youngest of the three sisters (by a small margin, they are trees). Rarely displays "true" emotion; oftentimes she will mimic her sisters or the surrounding people, and as such, her behaviors change quickly and easily. She is eager to please.
She claims to be rather forgetful (often lamenting it to others), and tends to give nicknames to others, rather than forget their names. It's not always clear if she doesn't remember on purpose or if she is simply that forgetful.
Her accent is ridiculously archaic.
Skills: 3 | MP: 80 (8 * 10)
Intoxicate | MP-10
Effect: Drug/Attract
Being dryads of the woods, the triplets have the shared ability to emit a light sap-like scent that intoxicates those around them, manipulating their senses. Works particularly well on men.
Plant Manipulation | MP-20
Effect: Summon Plantlife
The dryads communicate their wishes to other plants and with the help of their magic may make plants grow, uproot and walk the earth at their service. Does not work on stubborn plants/trees.
Camouflauge | MP-5
Effect: Invisibility
The dryads have the ability to camouflauge themselves where there is nature in the background and also assume the appearance of a tree if they so desire where there is no greenery in sight.
History (of the Dryad Sisters): ---subject to change if the kingdom is altered.
Originating from a forest east of the Gis’Ceni ruins, for the longest time dryads spent their days seducing travelers whom passed through their woods. After the Disaster, fewer and fewer men came near the forest (let alone the ruins), causing the dryads’ food supply to rapidly decrease. Time passed. A lot of time. The population of the forest shifted and grew.
Eventually the three sisters sprouted as one of the more recent generations. However, by that time, the number of travelers who entered the forest had depleted to a dangerously low rate. Motivated by boredom and a lack of food sources, together the three sisters left the forest and travelled south to Sabilleau. After making several large ripples in society due to their lack of civilized culturing at a young age, they met a certain priest who was coerced into kind enough to teach the unworldly dryads about the ways of the world, as well as how to be decent people. Still needing a new food source as a part of their deal with Mysil to leave him untouched (although they tease him occasionally), the dryads arrived in La’Hansi, where they proceeded to browse the kingdom and pick up various interests.
Having learned how to not cause scandals at the drop of a leaf, the three sisters began to take an interest in more scholarly interests, having never been exposed to such things before meeting Mysil. They also discovered that men of the cities who were not travel-weary were much more difficult to seduce, which may have also contributed to an increased interest in other aspects of life.
While normally inspired to lay low and avoid much public attention, certain circumstances have led the three sisters to take an interest in the three Kingdoms' exploits.
Other Info:
- The dryads feed on men. They prefer ones with high stamina.
- After being fed on, typically these men would pass out for a day or two and feel weak ranging from a few days to a few weeks depending on the recovery of their stamina.
- With excess energy the dryads produce magical seeds which they may spread and leave behind.
- Leaves naturally shed from the dryads’ hair, especially if they are excited. Though some may have more control than others. (X'apopel tends to not notice.)
- Mysil is a pimp.
- Their names spell 'apostrophe.'
