Description
Meh. Didn't turn out as well as I would have liked. Originally it was just a sketch of Wu (The first one), but then it turned into this.I imagined that Wu would go with Dawn Star back to Two Rivers the first time, when Dawn Star plants one flower for every student that died. Wu would plant one single flower of her own, apart from the others - for Master Li. Because even though he was an evil old bastard he was still like a father for 99% of her life.
Here, they return and there's already one flower blooming at Master Li's old building, even though everything is burnt. A lotus blossom, Wu's namesake. She moves it to behind the building, where the old lion statue was.
And then Dawn Star makes her own school there, like in the omitted epilogue. I don't think Wu would stay for that, since the Empire needs her, particularly Silk Fox. And of course Sky.
Anyway, not a great comic but I want to do more of them so it's good practice.

Ah, wow. It's been a while since I've thought about JE. This is a lovely piece. You've done a beautiful job portraying the emotions without words.

I remember that you use to be a big fan. What have you been into lately that's not JE? But thank you!

Yeah, I go through phases. I'll probably return to it eventually.
Game-wise? I've been slowly making my way through Half-Life 2. I can spend a lot of time doing nothing in that game (or nothing plot-related, anyway) and it's really fun. I've also got back into PAYDAY 2, and some Guild Wars 2. I went through an intense Skyrim phase somewhat recently, but haven't played it for a few weeks now.

I admit that I haven't played any of those except Skyrim (Which... I actually have yet to finish. I keep finding more interesting things to do...)

If by finish you mean completing the main quest, then I am guilty of that also. 400+ hours of gameplay and I just haven't gotten around to it.

I definitely haven't put that much time into it. I had lost my first copy, got a second, and then found the first again. So I kept getting them mixed up, and I hated how achievements weren't really ever referenced or made much of a change. The main storyline wasn't that engaging to me either... But it might be I just haven't been able to sit down and play it enough without being distracted from it.

Ah, sounds like you have had a wee bit of trouble in the past. I play Skyrim on and off. I can sometimes go months without playing at all and then I'll start it up and love it all over again. It's one of those games for me. I don't really know why I haven't finished the main questline yet, but I'll get around to it. Eventually. I've started it several times and once got really close, but then I think I created another character.

I have a hard time starting games I haven't played in awhile again. I forget so much of what happened and usually loose connection with the character I'm playing. So I'm likely to start over.

Yeah, I know the feeling. Sometimes starting over after a long time gives you a fresh experience of the game. c:
