Fanart again! *clings to Zack* ^-^ Luffs him. Anyhow. The quote is from Zack's Interlude, Part Two of 's (Akai Kitsune) fic on FF.net Ephemeral Blossoms. The scene is also from said awesome fic.The window he has pulled up on the laptop says,'Sephiroth. Poem. #00199' Tis a start menu by it and the other window is just a standard 'you have mail' icon. And that's a Zip disk on the desk and it is random.
The arms are... weird. Sorry. Right elbow is supposed to be propped on the desk, left forearm propped on desk and he's holding the mouse up, it's not on the desk. ... Zack's hair is eating his hand. Head is supposed to be propped on right fist, but the hair... it's alive... and hungry.

The two main characters are Zack and Sephiroth, and it takes place during the war with Wutai. This pic reminded me of something from that story.
