I don't think they'd be friends on an intellectual level (as far as we know Justin has none) but I could see them at least sharing some tips with one another because they're both so obsessed with their looks.

Yeah I get ya. However, Alejandro's looks wereΒ manipulative on the girls along with his charm butΒ they didn't have as big an impact upon the animals of the island like Justin's did; his smile could stop a shark... that's pretty dang impressive. Alejandro would probably just getΒ what he needs from Justin and then eliminate him.
