I might put some color in this, but I suck at it so...

This is artwork for the original Isaac game, not including stuff from Rebirth, which is why the Gurglings aren't here xD

its like in the expansion everything has an uhh..even more mutated versions of the past bosses

more like undead version for most of them. The Bloat, The Husk, Blighted Ovum, Carrion Queen, Lokii and The Hollow are pretty much undead versions of the original bosses, like Monstro II

well he DID. That other version is Triachnid, a character cameo from a different game, just like CHAD, Gish etc. Triachnid was the secret boss obtained by defeating the Isaac final boss while holding the Polaroid trinket, but he was swapped for blue baby and The Chest level later on.
