Heh, well those are all classic supervillain/superpower archetypes... Poison Ivy, Electro and Hydroman come to mind as characters those DD villains ou're mentioning may be partly based on, inspired by or even parodying.

Negaduck was just that twisted and evil. Liquidator had a family, for instance. Plus, being an AU DW, nega is just as hard to put down...
